Can't I just build my own website?You could do your website yourself. But you probably shouldn’t. The most valuable thing you have is your time, you shouldn't spend it learning another business. You have better things to do. You shouldn’t put other valuable things on the back burner when I could build the site for you. You don't know what you need. You’re too close to your business to truly see the big picture.
What is a reasonable timeline for a website?In most cases websites take 4-8 weeks. It all depends on your vision, needs, timeline, budget, and response time.
Where can I see your pricing?We create a custom proposal for each client project based on the complexity and needs. "Done-for-you" projects start at $3,500, we also offer done with you, and coaching if your budget doesn't allow a full project at this time. Do I need a Logo or a Brand Package?A logo is often confused for branding, I can totally see why too! What is “branding” A Brand is all encompassing, taking into account your target market, core values, how you want a customer to feel when they encounter your brand. Font, color, and texture or pattern choices and guidelines for consistency across all marketing. A brand can and should go a step further and dive into your messaging, the copy you use on your website, brochures, any collateral. What is the tone? What problem do you solve, how do you make it a simple choice to chose you? How do you build trust, give value, create sales funnels. A stunning logo will fall on deaf ears if you have nothing clear to say. What is a logo? Back to a logo, this could absolutely be a starting point, especially when: you’re really in the concept phase maybe you just need a nice business card something to watermark your photos you’re not quite ready for a website and branding package. A great logo will take into account the aesthetic and clientele you are serving. It will be timeless and look great in both color, if you choose, and solid. It will be clear and incorporate a tagline that tells people who you are and what you do immediately, nothing cute that feels vague.
What Files should I expect from my Designer?This can vary, it widely depends on the end deliverables, but typically you should at minimum receive: EPS (vector graphic) png and jpg files both 300dpi (high res/print) and 72dpi (low res/web) We also go above and beyond delivering the original adobe file, you paid for it, you own it, this allows for future use, with our without us, and gives you the peace of mind that your not reliant on anyone keeping that on file for you. These files are shared multiple ways, we create a google drive with all of your assets for easy access, these files do expire, in 12 months, so we recommend backing them up. We send you a custom USB drive, if you chose. Custom branded with your assets for an additional $50
What is your pricing for branding?Logo + Brand Guidelines start at $1800 Add-ons start at $1200 (examples: Stationary Suite (business card, letterhead, envelopes), yard signage, vehicle wraps, billboards, event banners...)
Do I really need a lead generator on my website?I highly advise you to have one. Why? You're leaving money on the table if you aren't capturing your site visitors' email addresses.
